As a group of sole traders and small practices we cannot afford to meet every time we want to decide something.  To accommodate the need for consultation among participants we decided to use a combination of common sense and technology.  When we think of an idea for something straightforward such as a tender we should consider, we just email or phone around participants to see if it’s useful and how we should action it.  For more complex ideas or for formulating an events calendar for the year we use any conveniently gathered relevant audience such as an event or we use on-line surveys accessed via an emailed link which you can use only once.

Since our inception we have canvassed opinion on the following topics using a mix of the above methods (shown in reverse date order)
